In Memoriam: 2010
As the decade comes to a close, we say goodbye to a talented group of people who passed away in 2010. We lost indie film icons, comic book pioneers and punk rock impresarios. A pair of comedy greats (Greg Giraldo and Bob Schimmel) will forever headline that comedy club in the sky. We lost a trio of sitcom staples (Gary Coleman, Tom Bosley and Rue McLanahan) in 2010, whose memory will live on, both in our hearts and in reruns on TV Land. And we lost a reclusive author (J.D. Salinger), who, despite having lived until age 91, will forever be associated with teenage rebellion. Here are some other notable folks who passed away in the twenty-ten.
